Saturday 13th May, Warwick to Connabarabran
Saying our farewells last night and this morning - it was time to head home to Victoria. Having packed up quickly we hit the road just on 8 am (a little late for Alan) and left Warwck with
Alan and Noeline heading towards Inglewood to rejoin the Newell
Highway. We stopped in Moree for a bite of lunch and then headed south to Coonabarbran.

Wonderful wide open country - seems endless.... |
We
covered about 540km and by accident met up with the McDougalls whe had
used the New England Highway. Stopping for the night in "Coona" we
opted for fish and chips accompanied by a glass or two of wine.
